Please note that changeover day in the school holidays will be on a Saturday only, however we may able to consider other day changeovers on request
We ask you to vacate the cottage on the last morning by 10.00am. Arrivals from 4.00pm.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

There will be an additional cost of a cleaning & linen charge of £80. We ask for a 20% Deposit plus a fully refundable £150 Deposit to cover breakages, damages etc. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to stay.
Dogs - We welcome well behaved dogs (2) more on request but really depends on the size. If dogs are used to being on furniture / beds we do request you bring your own throws / blankets etc. Wet muddy dogs should be cleaned and dried before they are bought into the carpeted areas of the house. There's a gate to enable this.
