We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage, it was cosy, clean, well equipped and great to have a parking spot too. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Also a great local Londis shop and not far away a brilliant vending machine from sweets dairy with fresh delicious milk and other goodies.

Cosy clean and comfortable cottage in an excellent location. Very good quality internet access and well thought out heating and hot water. Modern bathroom and kitchen including a microwave washing machine and Dishwasher. Super comfortable beds. Situated on a single track lane just a two minute walk from the local shop that sells wonderful pasties. Phil is an excellent host and a great communicator, provided thoughtful sites for local visits that we would have otherwise missed

Beautiful cosy cottage, Fabulous shower, great wifi. Access to Netflix and Amazon Prime - if you have your own accounts. The Pheasant pub two minutes walk up the hill serves excellent food and is dog friendly. Had an very enjoyable stay.

Fab Cottage and great for dogs. Brilliant central location for everywhere that we wanted to visit. Cottage has everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Would recommend to anyone.

Thank you so much Phil we have had a perfect summer break at your gorgeous cottage. It had everything we needed and was so clean. In a perfect setting close to Crantock Beach (a favourite) and Perranporth. The Pheasant Pub in the village is a must visit too. Thanks again we will be returning and telling our friends about it

We have had an amazing time here. Phil is an amazing host and always available for advice and support. Highly recommend the local pub. Food is amazing and staff helpful. Loved Fistral Beach, we often went down about 3pm, quieter, easier to park and waves amazing for body boarding. The Cottage is lovely and clean and in a great location. Highly accessible to local areas and places to visit. Kids loved the beaches, boat rides and seal sanctuary. Thanks Phil had a great time and sad to leave!

Great place to stay. Meadow View Cottage is in a great location and has everything you need. The cottage was very clean with great facilities and St Newlyn East is a great village in a lovely area.

Great little Cottage exactly as described in the ad, spotlessly clean and some of the comfiest pillows I've ever had the pleasure of laying my weary head on. Our two dogs settled in well and the tiled floor area was cool relief from the rising temperatures over the weekend. Only managed to get a takeaway meal from The Pheasant Pub which is about 100m up the lane, lovely food and the service was tip top. The Hosts left a small welcome package which came in very handy after a 5 hour drive from South Wales. (accident and half term traffic on the M5), I'd recommend this cottage to anyone wanting a base to explore the whole of Cornwall.

Lovely little cottage in the perfect location to explore Cornwall. We stayed for a week and everything was seamless. Easy check in and out via the lock box so made it very easy. Driveway on the property and additional parking 100 yards away on the road if required. Supermarket ten minutes drive away and local beach was perfect for my morning swims and paddle boarding. Communication with the host before and during the stay was easy, would definitely recommend

We loved our stay, everything was clean and tidy, warm and cozy. Lovely comfy beds and sofas. There's also a parking spaces which is essential as the narrow Cornish country roads would make parking difficult otherwise. We loved the dog burner too. The (dog friendly) Pheasant pub a few steps away.....delicious Sunday roasts. Near to our favorite beach at Crantock, perfect little place to stay. Quick responses from Phil too. Thanks again.

My Husband and I had a great experience staying at the Meadow View Cottage. We were looking to get away from the crowds at the end of the day, for some peace and quiet, and that's exactly what we got. Everything was clean and fresh inside and we were able to relax on the sofas and cook for ourselves. The welcome folder Philip provided with local tips was especially useful to us as first timers to Cornwall. Very easy to get into Newquay and the rest of the county from this location (with a car).

The house is beautiful and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. There are several amazing dog friendly beaches a short drive away. The outside space is small but secure so dogs are safe, we enjoyed sitting outside with an evening G n T
The WiFi signal is good as is the phone signal. We had a lovely stay.

We had a fantastic time, the cottage was very clean, well situated and suited our needs. It was a great place to return to from the busy attractions we visited, which we all welcomed at the end of the day. The beds were extremely comfortable and the whole family slept well. The cottage was absolutely amazing. Newley renovated, clean and extremely comfortable. Its cozy and so close to many wonderful beaches. Wifi works well. I would highly recommend it. We had a fabulous holiday and Philip was available at any time for questions/concerns should we need it.

Lovely neat cottage, clean and modern. Good pub a short walk away, uphill going fortunately downhill on the way back. Yard type back garden backing onto fields. A great place to stay and explore Cornwall.
